A very warm welcome to Animals at Home (Doncaster) Ltd.

I’m Martin and up until recently I have been working as a Chartered Surveyor, looking after the management and sale of large portfolios of property.

About 3 years ago I decided to get out of the ‘rat race’ and went touring Europe for a year with my giant French lop rabbit Louis! He was always the star of the show! When I returned, I spent about a year working as a volunteer at a local animal sanctuary. It was that experience, together with my life long passion for animals that made me realise that my future had to be involved with animal care/welfare. I also have a keen interest in dog behaviour and hope to start a formal qualification in the near future.

In addition to having had dogs, cats, small animals etc, I also have extensive experience of keeping Koi Carp and Marine Fish. I know from experience (and great cost) how difficult it is to keep these fish (particularly Marines). Should you have any requirement for care of these or any other animals, I would be only too pleased to help.
